1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services
We provide Google Business Profile optimization, Google Maps SEO, local SEO, citation management and related services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in a written proposal or service agreement for each engagement.
3. No ranking guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, impression count, traffic level, review count, lead volume or revenue outcome. Search engine algorithms, competitor activity, market conditions and platform policy changes are outside our control. Any statement about typical results is an estimate, not a promise.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, to be the legal owner or authorised representative of any business we manage, and to supply materials such as photos and service descriptions. Work depends on accurate input; we cannot verify facts you supply.
5. Platform compliance
We will not create fake locations, purchase or incentivise reviews, add keywords to business names, or publish cloned location pages. If you ask us to do so, we will decline and may terminate the engagement. You agree not to attempt such practices through us or independently in a way that harms the account.
6. Intellectual property
Our website content, guides and methodology are our intellectual property. Content we create for you — pages, articles, schema, documents and audits — belongs to you upon payment in full, and we grant you the right to use, edit and publish it.
7. Third-party tools and accounts
We may use third-party services for measurement and reporting. Those services are governed by their own terms. Accounts we create on your behalf remain yours and are transferred to you.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and do not share it with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.
9. Payment
Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are stated in your proposal or agreement. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of work after written notice.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with the notice period stated in the service agreement. On termination we will hand over all work created for you and revoke any account access we hold.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date below indicates the most recent revision.
